An optimal shaking frequency

The Bijlsma Hercules grading machines are distinguished by their unique drive of the shaking mechanism. High and low shaking speeds and their duration can be set independently of each other. This makes it possible to set an optimal shaking frequency for each tuber shape under all circumstances. The heavy-duty crankshaft in combination with the electronically adjustable drive ensures a very quiet operation of the machine, even when the machine is set up on an extension frame, as is the case, for example, with grading lines. The steel or rubberized riddles consist of two parts. After removing the riddle clamp, the riddles can be slid sideways in or out of the riddle boxes. This simple operation can be performed on both sides of the machine. Long-shaped tubers that get stuck in the mesh of the riddles are pushed out of the mesh by the double automatic riddle cleaner.

  • Robust base frame that can be installed in almost any location thanks to the module construction.
  • Double ejector frame for gently ejecting long potatoes from the riddles. This makes the grading machines extremely suitable for longer potato varieties.
  • Push-pullers equipped with double cover for absolutely damage-free operation.
  • Independent speed control for setting the length of the grading and transporting the product.
  • Screen decks with 4 layers or 5, with which 4, 5 or even 6 sizes can be graded respectively.
  • Non-rubber screens.
  • Rubberized riddles.
  • Outlet plates.
  • Distribution box.
  • Closed riddle.
  • Side wall seal.
  • Tilt bar.
  • Touchscreen control.
  • Extension frame to position the machine at the correct height.
