Grading machines from Bijlsma Hercules are distinguished by their unique drive of riddling mechanism. This mechanism is electronically adjustable. High and low riddling and duration can be set independently of each other. This makes it possible to set an optimal riddling frequency for each crop shape in all circumstances. A very quiet operation

The heavy-duty crankshaft in combination with the electronically adjustable drive ensures very quiet operation of the machine. Even if the machine is set up on an extension frame, as is the case, for example, with bunker installations. The steel or rubberized sieves (see options) consist of two parts for most models. After removing the sieve clamp, the sieves can be slid sideways in or out of the sieve boxes. This simple operation can be performed on both sides of the machine. Long-shaped tubers that get stuck in the mesh of the sieves are pressed out of the mesh by the double automatic sieve cleaner. The sorting machines are available in different models, depending on the desired capacity.
