An alternating movement

The grading machine, based on the riddling system, is driven by a three-phase motor equipped with a frequency converter and an electronic controller. This drive ensures that the screening boxes with removable screens make alternating movements. During the high shaking speed, the product will be transported over the riddles. While at the slow shaking speed, the product is allowed to fall through the riddles. With the stop option, the rocking movement is briefly stopped. In this way an optimal separation can be made in the product. The steel or rubberized riddle consist of two parts. After unlocking a clamp construction, the riddles can be slid sideways out or into the riddle boxes. Depending on the chosen version, this can be either on the left or right side of the grading machine. Product (especially elongated potatoes) that has gotten into the riddles is pushed upwards by the two riddles cleaners.
