This box filler is equipped with a large format hopper which is available in different sizes and serves to process a large product flow. For example, a product flow directly from the hopper, sorting machine or roller inspection table. The pouring hopper is equipped with a plate (pressure relief) that ensures that the accumulated product is discharged through the elevator without blockages. Moving the box filler is easy with a forklift.

The box filler fills the boxes fully automatically. A sensor at the bottom of the elevator keeps the fall height of the product to a minimum. A sensor in the frame detects when a box is being placed. The width of the finger band is 800 mm. The filling program is controlled via a PLC control and touch screen operation. Optionally, the funnel is provided with a full message, possibly in collaboration with a signal lamp on the box filler.
