Delivery of an optical sorting line of potatoes in our region

In cooperation with Gejograding, we delivered this optical grading line to a customer in our region. The grading line consists of 2 Smartgraders that are fed by a storage bunker of 30 tons of potatoes. The product cleaner, haulm separator and brushing machine ensure that the potatoes enter the Smartgraders as clean as possible to achieve optimal grading results. After the potatoes have been graded by size and quality, they are stored by size in bunkers and there is the option to inspect them again before delivery. The grading line can run unmanned and offers the customer a multitude of choices and flexibility.
