This receiving hopper model BSB 9124 XXL-S, will be used for the processing of VGF waste. The receiving hopper contributes to the transition from waste to energy and raw materials.

The unloading floor of the hopper is fitted with a number of flights to ensure that the loose product is fed upwards. The dosage is controlled by a sensor (automatic capacity control) and by a takeover belt placed behind the chute. In addition, there is a sensor at the end of the combination that registers the product height of the next machine. In the event of a build-up, the unloading floor of the receiving hopper is stopped and started as soon as there is room to unload again.

For ease of maintenance, the receiving hopper is equipped with an automatic unloading floor chain lubricator and a central lubrication point for lubricating the bearings.
