Bijlsma Hercules has developed the most compact box filler, the BKV 1900, for all installations and set-ups where a lack of space is an issue and where you still want to fill boxes optimally within your company. By using vertical elevators with a very product-friendly finger-cross cleat construction, it is possible to fill boxes of practically any size with the greatest care.

  • The base frame of the box filler is provided with an integrated height adjustment, with which the machine is easily to the correct filling level can be adjusted.
  • Available in two different widths: 600 and 800 mm.
  • BLC Line Module System: A Line Module connection to the machine's control panel that allows the machine to be easily incorporated into a processing line. The machine functions as a "master", with which other machines can be activated at the capacity of the filling proces.
  • Frequency converter for adjustable filling capacity.
  • Connection box for supply elevator, switched power supply. The connector stops the supply belt at the time the filler stops and turns back on when the filler restarts (max. 16 Amp).
