BKV 2880

Compact box filler with excellent capacities

The BKV 2880 is extremely suitable for compact setups. Especially with grading lines where boxes have to be filled in tight spaces. In addition, the machine can be easily moved with a forklift truck, for example for unloading trucks, possibly in combination with an attached supply conveyor (TCL). In times of increasingly expensive waiting hours, the truck is emptied in no time, so that it can leave again.

Feed elevator TCL 300-65 (option)

Buckled conveyor with a single buckle, which optimizes the speed of filling the boxes and ensures that the product is placed in the box as flat as possible.
A unique loading concept. The product is optimally distributed over the box, maximizing the aeration and cooling of the box and avoiding impermeable parts. This improves the quality of your product.
Touchscreen for all settings, very easy to operate.
A height-adjustable undercarriage.
Stops on the main frame for correct placement of the boxes.
Ultrasonic sensors that are adjustable in distance.
Setting option to have the box filler filled in the middle of the boxes, depending on the box width.
Forklift tubes so the box filler is easy to move.

Weighing installation for weighing boxes.
Frequency converter for adjustable filling capacity.
Connection box for supply elevator, switched power supply. The connector stops the supply belt at the time the filler stops and turns back on when the filler restarts (max. 16 Amp).
