BSB 3916

High capacity in small spaces

The receiving hopper BSB 3916 has been specially designed for companies that prefer flexible capacity, but do not have enough space to fit in the bigger BSB models with chains and crossbars. The BSB 3916 contains the strong features of the BSB series, but can be used in places where the available space is limited. The machine can easily be equipped with various product cleaners and pre-sorters. In addition, the receiving hopper can be integrated into an existing processing line without any problems.

Adjustable discharge capacity by a frequency converter.
The direction of rotation of the soil conveyor can be changed on the control box.
Integrated suspension for a product cleaner on the receiving hopper frame. Adjustment of the distance between the rollers is possible by a rotating crank, mounted in a user-friendly position.
When adjusting the distance between the rollers of the product cleaner, the soil conveyor and hopper are also automatically adjusted.
Two pneumatic tyres for easy transport of the machine.

Automatic Capacity Regulation (ACR).
Drive-in light: 2 LED lights with 4 LEDs, the lights shine continuously when the receiving hopper is switched on.
Drive-in light: 2 LED lights with 4 LEDs, the lights turn off when the tipping trailer has entered the receiving hopper sufficiently.
Frontside coverage, adjustable by a cloth and cable clamping device with spring.
