Diabolic rollers (DR)

A wider adjustment range

For those who want a larger setting range, a pre-grader with diabolic rollers (DR) is an option. The special shape of the continuously adjustable diabolos provides a square passage opening. This results in great grading accuracy. The machine can be placed directly behind the product cleaner or integrated separately on a base in any grading line.

Drive by means of engines and gear units per shaft (0,75 kW per shaft).
Product conveyor under the machines, equipped with belt guidance system for optimal belt control.
Discharge conveyors with double directive, so unloading at the left or right side of the machine can be easily set.
Distance between the rollers adjustable through hydraulic pump unit or hand spindle, settable from 5 - 59mm.
Bearing of the rollers through double bearings.
Easily adjustable angle of inclination.
Possibility (aftwerwards) to incorporate a continental web, thus increasing the cleaning capacity of the unit and to create a possibility for sorting.
Suspension of the rollers by means of a proper scissor construction.
BLC Line Module System.

Version with 7 or 8 rollers instead of 6.
Frequency converter onto drive of the pre-grader.
Undersize conveyor, slidable on rollers.
Electrical connection for an extra conveyor.
Supporting frame to use the machine as a standalone unit.
Product conveyor behind a standalone pre-grader (length is equal to conveyor for the undersize).
