Product cleaners with stainless steel / elliptical rollers (RE)

If the product is delivered absolutely stone-free, the smooth roll combined with ellipse rollers (RE) is an excellent choice. These roles do their job under all circumstances. Thanks to the scrapers, the rolls do not fill up. Not even with products grown on heavy soil. By adjusting the roll distance, soil and product in a certain size are separated quickly and safely from each other. Because this machine is equipped with elliptical rollers, the unloading of tare during the process is optimized. The image on the right shows schematically how the principle with ellipse rollers works, showing clearly how the rollers release the tare. The cleaner is equipped with a direct drive per roll. As a result, slip and wear are kept to a minimum, so that a long life is guaranteed. The product cleaner is available as standard in versions with 7 rollers, but can be expanded with additional rollers for a higher cleaning capacity. Combining several cleaning beds one after the other is also possible with this version.

Drive through motors and reducers per roller (0,75 kW per shaft).
Soil- and crop conveyor (on the product cleaners with a working width starting from 1.600 mm), equipped with convex drums and a belt guiding system for optimal control.
Discharge conveyors with double directive, so unloading at the left or right side of the machine can be easily set.

Suspension of the rollers by means of a proper scissor construction.
