Product cleaners with steel spiral rollers (SP)

This type of roll can be used if the product is mixed with stones. This cleaner is equipped with a direct drive per roll. As a result, slip and wear are kept to a minimum, guaranteeing a long product lifespan. In addition, the steel spiral rollers are equipped with a special scraper, which can be used when the product is dirty. The product cleaner is available as standard in versions with 7 rollers, but can be expanded with additional rollers for a higher cleaning capacity. Combining several cleaning beds one after another is also possible with this version.

Drive through motors and reducers per roller (0,75 kW per shaft).
Soil- and crop conveyor (on the product cleaners with a working width starting from 1.600 mm), equipped with convex drums and a belt guiding system for optimal control.
Discharge conveyors with double directive, so unloading at the left or right side of the machine can be easily set.
Stepless adjustable drop from 5 - 59 mm by means of a hydraulic hand pump unit or hand spindle.
Bearing of the rollers by means of industrial bearings, which can be easily replaced from the outside for maintenance and replacement.
Simply adjustable slope of the cleaning system.
Possibility to (afterwards) to incorporate a continental web, thus increasing the cleaning capacity of the unit and to create a possibility for sorting.
Suspension of the rollers by means of a proper scissor construction.

Version with 6 or 8 cleaning rollers instead of 7.
Frequency control on the drive of the product cleaner.
Soil conveyor and crop conveyor slidable on rollers.
Sieve chain above soil discharge conveyor, pitch 36 or 42 mm, for separation of the bottom and oversize.
Spiral rollers in closed variant (SP-D) instead of standard open variant (SP).
Electrical connection for an extra soil conveyor.
Hydraulic height adjustment of the crop conveyor.
Crop conveyor in two parts, splitting the product flow (2 x 1,750 mm).
Central discharge of the crops, instead of the normal sidely discharge.
